It was the year 2002 when Tomás Rueda and Juan Pablo Loaiza; two good friends who knew each other since kindergarten opened Donostia. The first of the 3 brands of restaurants that are part of El origen de la comida. Fascinated with the idea of “market cuisine”, a concept that installs its gastronomic pillars in creating a real bridge with the countryside, with the agrarian world, with its producers and culture. Cooking and serving products of high quality, good origin and good agricultural practices. Our table is a reflection of the territory, a part of Colombia.
